A newbuild barn style property with lots of character and charm.

This home plays host to a half hip roof design on the stone/brick finished building with aluminum to match the windows & avoid masonry above the portal.

172mm SIP was selected for the walls and roof.

A glulam ridge beam has been included both in the kitchen area and in the sleeping quarters of the longer barn with structural beams added in either glulam or steel above all large openings. 

The adjoining dining area, acting as the bridge to the living room and utility has been fitted with steel beams and SIP on the back wall.
