This Dutch barn was designed with curved glulam beams to provide structural support to the roof. Not only do these beams provide structural support for the roof but also are an exposed feature within the property. The curved natural of the property makes it feel spacious and homely at the same time.

A posi joist floor system is in place with 172mm SIP used for the external walls. 

All internal and external finishes are by others.
