This modern dormer bungalow features an Oak frame wrapped in 172mm SIP with its open plan design.

A separate utility area is hidden to the left of the kitchen where we supported the roof between the main house and utility with an overlay of 172mm SIP. 

For the Dormer roof, this was supplied and fitted in 142mm SIP.

Porch and roof were by others along with internal fittings such as stairs and fireplace.
