172mm SIP was used for this two storey dwelling. A plinth wall for the bay windows was supplied only, in 172mm SIP. Ceiling joists were included into the design in softwood timber as instructed. The external finishes including chimney construction and masonary supports/brickwork lintels etc were completed by the clients main contractor.
