This was a one storey primary school classroom with 142mm SIP walls and 172mm SIP roof using kingspan TEK. Consisting of a single block with toilets and cloak room, breather membrane was used above the SIP roof layer instead of VCL to avoid risk of condensation with the flat roof design.

Sitting just over the way from the existing primary school building, Glosford were able to install the new building without any disruption to the school.
