This home is perched within the cascading landscape behind the property with an open decked terrace to the rear accessed on the second level through the french doors.

172mm SIP was used for the roof and external walls with additional engineering required as the headspace between floors was restricted due to a lift shaft within the property.

The basement wall was also built in SIP but the outer wall was retained in Masonry by others.
