It features a variety of roof designs, including vaulted SIPS, pitched trusses with storage, and flat roofs utilising Posi-Joist. The design incorporates a multi-level suspended timber floor to navigate the challenging topography, supported by glulam and steel structures that facilitate complex spans. Additionally, the striking corner glazing, which eliminates visible posts, necessitates cantilevered steel and meticulous alignment from soffit to ceiling.
